The first day of Hoffice was held around a round table, with computers surrounding a round coffee press.

Before eating lunch, we briefly discussed the initiative of hoffice, as experienced today.

It is a bit less formal than the other INSISTER SPACE initiatives. Here, we don’t need a score, it’s rather a loose structure that is created specifically around who meets up and who wants to do what.

As it is quite intimate to go to peoples home – with different things to care about different places – it becomes a room for uttering needs and desires for this situation rather than setting it beforehand.

It feels nice to meet up and work next to each other, and it doesn’t have to be more than that.

It also becomes a space for doing what you usually push aside. A space for all the boring thing that you don’t feel like doing alone. More motivation within a nice environment.
